ingredients:
Pancake :
- 150g flour

cream:
- 12.5 cl of milk
- 12.5 cl of full cream
- 80g caster sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 20g cornflour
- Zest of 1 lemon (organic)

preparation:
Make pancake batter , let stand for 24 hours. ( Pancakes will be thinner ) .
